Description Job Details

For our Full-Time Swing Shift LPN, we're looking at someone for 40 hours a week to assist in medication pass and emergencies during our 12-hour shifts.

Shift

• 12-hour rotating schedule:
  • Week 1 – four shifts (Mon, Tues, Fri, Sat)
  • Week 2 – three shifts (Sun, Wed, Thurs)

Pay

• $40-$43/hour + any applicable shift differential

Shift Differentials

• Weekends (Saturday & Sunday, 6am-6pm): $4/hour
• Nights (Monday-Friday, 6pm-6am): $4/hour
• Weekend Nights (Saturday 6pm-Sunday 6am & Sunday 6pm-Monday 6am): $5/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an outpatient settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop a plan of care to meet those needs.
• Perform nursing assessments and interventions to ensure quality patient care.
• Document patient progress and treatments in the medical record.
• Educate patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Administer medications as prescribed by the physician.
• Monitor vital signs and adjust treatments accordingly.
• Provide excellent care!

Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequirements:

• Valid LPN license in the state of OR
• 1 year experience as an LPN preferred
• Active BLS from either the AHA or ARC
• Ability to pass a background check
