POSITION DETAILS

  • Pay: $82,000-$87,000

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a Nurse Manager to join a growing medical team dedicated to the care of vulnerable individuals seeking to decrease their use of drugs or alcohol.  The Nurse Manager will lead, supervise and train nursing and medical technician staff under the direction of the medical director of Residential and Withdrawal Management services.   As part of a multidisciplinary team of counselors, recovery peers, and other providers the Nurse Manager will collaborate in building systems to deliver superlative care for people wishing to address their substance use.  

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Registered Nursing License for State of Oregon
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders, harm reduction, and trauma informed care
  • Deep respect for diversity and collaborative care

We encourage applications from those in recovery, but we require 2+ years of continuous sobriety. A DHS criminal background investigation is conducted on all new employees. Convictions are evaluated for each position and are not necessarily disqualifying.
