Position Summary:
The Nursing Leadership Development Director is responsible for planning, design, development and implementation of organization-wide nursing leadership development philosophy, strategies, and tactics. This position is responsible for the strategy and execution of nursing leadership programs that build and develop a strong nursing workforce and build a succession plan for future state. Specifically, responsible for nursing leadership, program design and execution, high potential development programs, nursing leader onboarding, change/transition management support, and support of cultural intervention initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:
Five years of experience in nursing management at the director level or above
Eight years of experience and mastery of professional role/function
Consulting and/or executive coaching experience and certifications (formal or informal) preferred
